After obtaining the wild honey from the deep forests of Gujarat, we blend it perfectly with the ginger extract made using Supercritical CO2 extraction. This is a home remedy that is used in every Indian household and comes with various health benefits.
Our honey has not been pasteurized. As a result, it wholeheartedly preserves all of the nutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that would have otherwise been destroyed by the high temperature used in the pasteurization process. Similarly, to get the Ginger extract, we use a technology called supercritical CO2 extraction, which protects the natural qualities of the herb.
We also test for gluten, lead, colour consistency, acidity, and sugar to ensure that the honey you receive from us is absolutely pure.

Because our honey is completely natural it tends to crystallize. If you like it in a smooth state then just place the bottle in hot water.
